Cornelius Williams, Jr. (“Corn”) is a visionary leader, speaker, and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering families and communities. As the Founder/CEO of Resurgence Leadership Foundation (RLF), he has spent over 30 years equipping leaders to build thriving communities through mentorship, leadership development, and economic empowerment.

In 2024, Corn expanded his mission-driven work into real estate, co-founding The Genward Group with longtime friend and industry veteran Curt Swilley. Their vision is to help families create generational wealth through real estate ownership, turning homeownership into a tool for financial stability and community transformation.
